Concerns After Bariatric Surgery.
When something does not feel right, the next step is an appropriate medical evaluation.

Know when to seek immediate care
Call 911 for chest pain, trouble breathing, fainting or significant bleeding. Severe or worsening abdominal pain, persistent vomiting or inability to keep fluids down warrants urgent assessment, especially after recent surgery. Do not wait for a portal message, assessment result or routine appointment.
An experienced review of ongoing concerns
For nonemergency concerns, an evaluation may address reflux, swallowing difficulty, food intolerance, ulcers, nutritional deficiencies or problems with previous anatomy. Bring operative reports and recent test results. Dr. Ganta reviews medical, endoscopic and surgical approaches based on the actual cause.
