Our approach to website access
We aim to make the website usable with keyboard navigation, readable contrast, descriptive links, accessible form labels and support for reduced motion. The design uses the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines as a reference. This is an ongoing effort, not a certification that every page or external service is fully accessible.

If a page, video, document or appointment task is difficult to use, call 866-512-5121. Tell us the page or task and the type of assistance you need; you do not need to describe a diagnosis. We can help you obtain practice information and discuss another way to complete the task.
Visiting the practice
