My name is Lourdes. I work in here in North Austin Medical Center labor and delivery department. Leaving [Indiscernible] [00:00:10] home of the hippos. The moment in my life that I decided to change what was going on with my weight was when I was in vacation in my homeland Panama. The procedure that I had done was a stomach sleeve. I had it done in December 19th, 2011 and right now since the beginning I don't know how much I have lost but I had since I began dieting to now I have lost around 77 pounds. I feel great. Before I was never able to run from point A to point B without losing my breath. Now I'm running and I just want to keep going. I'm happy. I can tie my shoes without passing out. I can cross my legs something that I couldn't do for 10 years and also I'm more active with my children.

The recovery was great. I even went to my Christmas party for my family. I had a great time. I didn't eat because I was post off diet but I had a great time. Amazing stepping on the scale afterwards it's amazing. I just couldn't believe it. It's still amazing every morning it's a reason to smile about.
